Happy Trails Tony

May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind always be at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your feilds,
And until we meet again,
May god hold you in the palm of his hand.

-Irish proverb

Let's not keep people guessing

So we had the most disturbing couple come in to work the other day. This man and a woman (or girl) were hugging on eachother in a sort of ambiguous way. They both looked like they could be significantly older or younger than they first seemed and neither Alex nor I could figure out if they were father and daughter or boyfriend and girlfriend. We'll just call it weird and hope it doesn't keep me up at night.

Internet Shopping 101

Well folks, it's amazing that my bank accounts aren't drained! I have found some of the niftiest stuff that you just can't go to enough stores to buy. In particular, www.cleoscloset.com where I bought music (much cheeper than in stores) and all sorts of neat bellydancing stuff. They even have specs on their zills! Pray for me.

Girls Kick Ass!

Last Saturday, Jon, Paul and I had the pleasure of eachother's company over a friendly game of scrabble, a wholesome, educational family game. Actually, as I'm told, my only purpose there was to keep violance from breaking out between the other two, both extremely competitive and very good at the game. Wasn't everyone surprised when I busted out with 'sailing' making an 89 point word, putting me back in the game. This event was followed shortly by Jon's 70 point word (which I don't remember namely because it falls outside of my vocabulary). The game ended with Jon having 253 points, myself with 213, and bringing up the rear, dear pabs with 166. The girls gloated, Paul wept quietly.

(Jon also has documentation of these scored in case Paul's selective memory decides that's not actually how it happened.)
